Medical breakthroughs, as celebrated across the Internet. I am beginning this list in December of 2025 and I plan to update it over the course of many years. I think some day it will serve to demonstrate that medical “breakthroughs” are often celebrated too early, well before e.g. successful phase 3 human RCTs.
